Ken has had the unique opportunity to navigate both the fast-paced world of large corporations and the close-knit environment of small businesses. With his extensive experience in the Army, he brings a wealth of knowledge and adaptability to any organization.


Having spent over two decades in the Army, Ken's retirement marked a turning point in his professional life. The military instilled in him a strong work ethic, discipline, and leadership skills that have proven invaluable throughout his career. These qualities, honed in the Army, have helped him seamlessly transition into the corporate world.


Ken's first encounter with the civilian job market was with a large corporation. As a highly motivated and driven individual, he threw himself into the challenges of working in a large-scale enterprise. Ken quickly adapted to the structured environment, mastering complex systems and processes. His ability to understand and navigate the corporate hierarchy ensured he made an impact from day one.

In addition to large-scale companies, Ken has experience working in a small business allowing him to develop relationships on a more personal level. He built strong connections with colleagues, sharing in their triumphs and supporting them through challenges. This camaraderie enriched his work experience and fostered a sense of belonging that he hadn't experienced in a larger company.
